Steve Frew
Steve Frew started working with troubled youth in 1988 and was working in full-time rehabilitation in 2003. As the Student Life Director at Rock Solid Refuge, Steve is involved in the growth and care of all the students in the program. Steve also trains RSR's Youth Care Workers in how to reach troubled teens.
