Give thanks in all circumstances;
for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Dear Lord,
It can be hard to say, but thank You. Thank You for who You are. Thank You for being in control, no matter how difficult things get. Help me to believe that You are in control, even in my darkest moments.

I know that even when it’s hard, Your hand is on me and You are using this to help me grow. Give me the strength to endure and the wisdom to become the person You are shaping me to be.

When the world seems to be crashing in around me, Lord, give me faith. When all hope seems lost and I don’t know what to do, guide my steps.

When my heart feels like it wants to fall out of my chest, bring me back to life.

I pray that this month will be filled with hope and a peace that comes not from my circumstances but from trust and love for You.

I can’t do this without You, Father.
